Energy  BNRG.O  rise 12.63% to $1.07
    ** Co raises $2 mln through its existing at-the-market
equity offering at an average price per share of ~$2.19
    ** The price represents a 130% upside to the stock's last
close
    ** ** BNRG signs agreement for the sale of an additional 1
mln ordinary shares through a $1.05 mln private placement equity
investment from an existing institutional shareholder
    ** Since the beginning of 2024, the company has raised about
$10.8 mln in gross proceeds
    ** Stock down 81.7% YTD
