Australia's Brickworks set for best day in 6 months on positive outlook

** Shares of Brickworks Ltd  BKW.AX  jump as much as 5.2% to
A$24.24 - on track for best day since Sept 20, if gains hold
    ** Brick manufacturer says it is confident that sales will
remain resilient in second half across building products
    ** Declares a fully franked interim dividend of 23 AU cents
per share
    ** HY net profit attributable, however, drops to A$354.4 mln
($238.19 mln) from A$575.5 mln a year earlier
    ** HY revenue from continuing operations A$583.9 mln vs
A$514.7 mln a year ago
    ** Stock hits highest level since March 10
    ** More than 182,900 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 130,429 shares
    ** Stock up 3.9% this year, as of last close
