Australia's Brickworks slips as co trades ex-dividend

** Shares of Brickworks  BKW.AX  slip as much as 2% to
A$24.30, their lowest since Sept 29 
    ** The building materials maker declared a dividend of 42 AU
cents per share on Sept 28, higher than 41 AU cents in pcp

    ** Shares extend losses for an eight consecutive session,
and set for worst day since Oct 25, if trend holds 
    ** Brickworks stock up ~11.9% this year, as of last close
