** Gains helped by real estate developer's deal to jointly develop residential project in Mysuru with gross development value of 2.25 bln rupees ($26.2 mln)

** BRIG among top pct gainers on Nifty Realty .NIFTYREAL index, which is up 1.6%

** Stock rated "strong buy" on avg vs "buy" on remaining stocks on 10-member NIFTYREAL

** YTD, BRIG down 26%, tracking NIFTYREAL's 25% decline
