Revenue from operations increased 29% to 13.83 billion rupees.

KEY CONTEXT
Residential real estate developers were projected to retain the robust momentum gained in the first quarter — driven largely by reductions in interest rates.
Revenue from Brigade's real estate segment, which contributes to about 74% total revenue, grew 53.4% year-on-year.
Rival Sobha's SOBH.NS second-quarter profit more than doubled, with sales rising 61%.
Analysts at HDFC Securities expect residential apartment demand to stay strong throughout the year, particularly for developers known for delivering premium gated communities in major metropolitan areas.
