** Real estate developer signs joint development agreement  for 6.6-acre land in Chennai

** Estimated gross development value of project is 10 bln rupees ($112.8 mln)

** Trading volume at 340,758 shares so far; more than 30-day average

** BRIG down nearly 27% YTD vs  about 16% fall in Nifty Realty index .NIFTYREAL
