    ** Company announces non-brokered private placement of
common shares at $21.70 per share for gross proceeds of up to
$35 mln
    ** Company intends to use gross proceeds for research and
development related to its drug development programs and general
working capital
    ** Stock debuted on Nasdaq in November 2021
    ** Including session moves, the U.S.-listed stock has surged
more than 3000% YTD
