** Stock set for biggest one-day pct gain since debut in 2010; top pct gainer on Hong Kong bourse

** Ant Group set to close its HK$2.81 bln ($358.8 mln) acquisition of controlling stake in Bright Smart Securities by March end if all conditions met, both cos say

** Founded by billionaire Jack Ma and 33% owned by China's e-commerce giant Alibaba Group 9988.HK, Ant Group agreed to buy 50.55% stake in Bright Smart last year, marking its foray into brokerage business

** YTD, Bright Smart stock up 82.5%
