Brightcove rises after Rosenblatt upgrades rating

** Shares of cloud-based video platform Brightcove Inc
 BCOV.O  rise ~4% to $6.53 premarket amid light trading volumes
    ** Rosenblatt Securities upgrades BCOV to "buy" from
"neutral" rating; raises PT to $10 from $8
    ** "We are expressing our confidence that CEO Marc DeBevoise
and his team have put the company on a path that should deliver
improved revenue growth in 2023," says Rosenblatt
    ** BCOV is set to report Q4 results next week
    ** Stock up ~20% YTD, as of last close
