Notification of annual results date for the 12 month period ended 24 December
2023

The Brighton Pier Group PLC will be announcing its annual results for the 12
month period ended 24 December 2023 on Wednesday, 8 May 2024.

AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at 2.00p.m. on
Wednesday 12 June 2024, at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited at
One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL. Notice of the Annual General Meeting
containing further details will be sent to shareholders in due course,
together with the Annual Report & Accounts.
