Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

Brighton Pier Group PLC, a diversified UK entertainment business, is pleased
to confirm that it will announce its financial results for the 26 weeks ended
26 December 2021 on Monday 28 March 2022.

Anne Ackord, Chief Executive Officer, and John Smith, Chief Financial Officer,
will provide an investor presentation relating to the financial results via
the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform on Tuesday 29 March 2022 at 14.00pm
UK time.
