Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
On 31 March 2023 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group
Employee Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco
p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the "Shares") granted to the following persons
discharging managerial responsibilities under the 2020 Long-Term Incentive
