Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 57,714,228 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 
It is expected that admission will be granted on 24 September 2015 with dealings commencing on 25 September 2015.
This block listing application has been made in relation to the conversion of 400m 1.5% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2017 issued by British Land (Jersey) Limited.
When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
