Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,366,738 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 
It is expected that admission will be granted on 05 November 2015 with dealings commencing on 06 November 2015.
These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Scrip Dividend payable on 06 November 2015. 
When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
