Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 510,313 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 
It is expected that admission will be granted on 11 February 2016 with dealings commencing on 12 February 2016.
These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Scrip Dividend payable on 12 February 2016. 
When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
