The following amendment has been made to the Additional Listing announcement
released on 2 December 2015 at 09:49am under RNS No 7108H. 
 
The sentence 'for a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares' amended to 'for a Block
Listing of 200,000 Ordinary shares' 
 
All other details remain unchanged.

Additional Listing 
 
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of 200,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each
("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 
 
It is expected that admission will be granted on 3 December 2015 with dealings
commencing on 4 December 2015. 
 
These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Long Term
Incentive Plan. 
 
When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
