The British Land Company PLC - Directorate Changes
 
British Land announces that, having served on the Board for more than 10 years, Lord Turnbull will not be seeking re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 July 2017 ("AGM"). He will step down as a Director and Senior Independent Director with effect from the end of the AGM. William Jackson will succeed him as Senior Independent Director with effect from the end of the AGM.
Nicholas Macpherson will join the Audit Committee and Tim Score the Nomination Committee, in each case with effect from 1 April 2017.
