The British Land Company PLC (the "Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 1,900,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares")
to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued in
connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (1,242,000 shares) and
Save As You Earn scheme (658,000 shares).

Admission of the shares is expected on 7 August 2025.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
