The British Land Company PLC ("British Land") announces that Lord Turnbull will step down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 19 July 2016 and that William Jackson will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from that time.
Lord Turnbull will continue to serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of British Land.
