Completion of £125m Buyback Programme
 
The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that following the purchased ordinary shares on Friday, 20 September 2019, the Company's £125m share buyback programme managed by UBS AG London Branch announced on 15 May 2019 was completed in accordance with its terms. In aggregate between 16 May 2019 and 20 September 2019, the Company repurchased 23,795,110 ordinary shares at an average purchase price of 525p per share.
