Completion of 300m Buyback Programme
British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that following the purchased ordinary shares on Tuesday, 20 February 2018, the Company's 300 million share buyback programme managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and UBS Limited which was announced on 18 July 2017 was completed in accordance with its terms. In aggregate between 24 July 2017 and 20 February 2018, the Company repurchased 47,607,139ordinary shares.
