Amanda James, independent Non-Executive Director of The British Land Company
plc, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Rightmove
plc with effect from the conclusion of the Rightmove plc AGM on 9 May 2025.
Upon appointment, Amanda will be a member of the Rightmove plc Audit,
Nomination and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees and will become
Chair of the Audit Committee on 1 June 2025.
