Director / PDMR Shareholding - Fund Managers Performance Plan Vesting
The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has received notification from the Trustees of The British Land Employee Share Trust that, on 03 August 2015, part of the Fund Managers Performance Plan award granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company ('PDMR') on 02 August 2013, vested as detailed below.

Following the vesting Charles Middleton sold 1,575 of his newly vested shares to cover his tax liability and both Darren Richards and Nigel Webb sold all of their newly vested shares. The shares were sold at a price of 841.5 pence per share.
