Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The British Land Company PLC (the Company) announces that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme), which was applied to the Fourth Interim Dividend for 2014/15 of 6.92 pence per share paid on 7 August 2015, Tim Score, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, received 25 Scrip shares.

The transaction referred to above took place in London and the Company was notified on 12 August 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
