The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") has been notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, trustees of the British Land SIP, that Free Shares were awarded at a price of 858.5 pence per share, to the Company's Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"), as detailed below:
