Director/PDMR Shareholding 
The British Land Company PLC (the Company) announces that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme), which was applied to the First Interim Dividend for 2015/16 of 7.09 pence per share paid on 6 November 2015, Lord Turnbull, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, received 132 Scrip shares.
The Company further announces that Mrs Christine Middleton, wife of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility Mr Charles Middleton, received 401 Scrip shares as a result of her participation in the Scheme. 
These transactions took place in London and the Company was notified on 6 November 2015.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
