Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") Purchase and Award
The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") has been notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, trustees of the British Land SIP, of the purchase of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Share element of the SIP. The Shares were purchased on 14 April 2016, at a price of 730.5208 pence per share on behalf of the Company's Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"). In accordance with the rules of the SIP, further Shares were awarded under the Matching Share element of the SIP.
