The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that Sally Jones, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 6,586 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 616.32 pence per share. 
The transaction referred to above took place in London on 7 December 2016 and the Company was notified on 9 December 2016.
