Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") Purchase and Award
On 14 June 2017 the Company was notified that ordinary shares of 25 pence each were purchased on 14 June 2017 by the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Partnership Shares element of the SIP. The Executive Directors and PDMRs were awarded two Matching Shares for each Partnership Share purchased.
The Partnership Shares were purchased at a price of 644.4761 pence per ordinary share.
