The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that Sally Jones and Elaine Williams (each a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company) were granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme on 21 June 2016, as detailed in the table below:
