Director/PDMR Shareholding

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that on 18 November
2021, David Lockyer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the
Company, exercised 3,192 options at a price of 451 pence over the Company's
ordinary shares of 25 pence each. David subsequently sold 2,943 shares at a
price of 531.4 pence to settle tax and national insurance contributions and
dealing fees arising from the exercise and retained the balance of 249 shares.
 

The options were granted to David on 19 December 2011 under the Company's Long
Term Incentive Plan scheme.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
