Director/PDMR Shareholding

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that on 29 November
2021, Kelly Cleveland, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the
Company, exercised 4,434 options at a price of 451 pence over the Company's
ordinary shares of 25 pence each. Kelly subsequently sold 3,788 shares at a
price of 529.1 pence to settle dealing fees arising from the exercise and
retained the balance of 646 shares.

The options were granted to Kelly on 19 December 2011 under the Company's Long
Term Incentive Plan scheme.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
