Director/PDMR Shareholding

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that on 7 January 2022,
Sally Jones, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 8,087
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 541.53 pence per share. These
shares had been acquired through the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
