Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been
notified that on 22 February 2024, Emma Cariaga, a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, exercised an option to purchase
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company that were granted under the
Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme on 07 July 2020.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
