Non-Executive Director fee

 

The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") announces that Mark Aedy was
allotted 2,617 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of
373.07 pence per share on 8 April 2025. 

 

The allotment of shares to Mark Aedy is pursuant to his instruction to receive
shares in full satisfaction of his quarterly Non-Executive Director fee.

 

The transaction referred to above took place outside a trading venue.
