Dividend Declaration
The Company hereby confirms that the Fourth Interim Dividend for 2015/16 of 7.09 pence, as announced on 16 May 2016, will consist of two components:a Property Income Distribution of 3.545 pence and a Non-Property Income Distribution of 3.545 pence. The Company will not be offering a scrip alternative with this dividend.
