The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") hereby confirms that the Fourth Interim Dividend for 2016/17 of 7.30 pence per share, as announced on 17 May 2017, will be a Property Income Distribution. The Company will not be offering a SCRIP alternative with this dividend.
