Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price in respect of thesecond interimdividend for 2015/16, which is proposed to be paid on12 February 2016, is 745.1 pence. This is calculated as the average closing mid-market price of an ordinary share for the five dealing days commencing with, and including, the ex-dividend date of 7 January 2016.
The deadline for receipt of a Scrip mandate by the Company's Registrar (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5.00 pm on 22 January 2016.
