Publication of Circular

 

The Company has issued a circular dated 21 June 2023 (the "Circular") relating
to the ratification and adoption of allotments of shares, the approval of a
deed of release and amendments to the Company's articles of association,
following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.

 

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage
