** Shares of renewable energy equipment manufacturer
Broadwind Inc  BWEN.O  rise ~67% to $3.77 in premarket trading
    ** BWEN hits highest level since September 2022
    ** Co receives wind tower order worth $175 mln from a global
wind turbine maker 
    ** Order is expected to conclude by the end of 2024, with
tower sections to be manufactured at BWEN's Abilene and
Manitowoc facilities 
    ** Stock up ~26% YTD, as of last close
