** Co raises annual revenue forecast to the range of $155 million to $160 million, compared to prior forecast of $145 million to $155 million

** Maintained annual adjusted EBITDA forecast of $9 million to $10 million

** Reports Q3 revenue rise of 24.6% to $44.24 million

** Up to last close, stock up 16.5% YTD
