July 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on Thursday:

** Databricks said it would expand its partnership with Microsoft MSFT.O through the 2030s, a deal under which it will increase its use of the Azure platform and Microsoft's custom chips.nL4N43P1WM

** Dutch engineering consultancy group Arcadis ARDS.AS has attracted takeover interest from bidders including Canadian peer WSP Global WSP.TO that view the company as undervalued, according to two people familiar with the matter. nL6N43P14O
        
** Japanese lenders Iyogin Holdings 5830.T, the parent company of regional lender Iyo Bank, and Ehime Bank 8541.T are in the final stages of discussing a merger, the Nikkei newspaper reported. nL4N43P2B2
    
** Eric Trump-backed Foundation Future Industries said on Thursday it is partnering with AMD AMD.O to use its chips to co-develop autonomous humanoid robots for military and industrial use. nL4N43O1YF
    
** Property companies Argan ARGAN.PA and Belgium's WDP WDPP.BR announced on Thursday plans to merge and create a new company which they said would be worth €13 billion ($14.8 billion). nFWN43P14R
     
** Horace Mann Educators has agreed to acquire Medical Mutual of Ohio's employee assistance provider and individual supplemental platform, as well as reinsure its group life and disability business, in three transactions with a total net purchase price of $240 million. nL6N43P0M3
     
** USA Rare Earth USAR.O finalised a deal to buy a minority stake in France's Carester that will provide funds for expansion of a processing plant due to open later this year.

** Matador Resources MTDR.N said it would buy privately held Paloma Permian from EnCap Investments for about $1.28 billion, adding high-quality drilling assets in the oil-rich Delaware Basin. nL4N43P13V
