    April 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1350 GMT on
Thursday:

    ** Automotive software maker CDK Global Inc  CDK.O  said it
would be taken private by Brookfield Business Partners for $6.41

    ** Belgian oil tanker group Euronav  EUAV.BR  and smaller
Oslo-listed rival Frontline  FRO.OL  plan to merge in an
all-stock transaction valued at $4.2 billion that they said
would cut costs and help in their low-carbon transition.

    ** Pfizer Inc  PFE.N  said it would buy privately-held
ReViral Ltd in a deal worth as much as $525 million including
milestone payments, to gain access to experimental drugs against

    ** Berkshire Hathaway Inc  BRKa.N  disclosed that it has
purchased nearly 121 million shares of HP Inc  HPQ.N , the
