Canada's Brookfield agrees to $3.2 billion deal for UK's Just Group

July 31 (Reuters) - Brookfield Wealth Solutions BNT.N has agreed to a 2.4 billion pound ($3.18 billion) takeover bid for British insurer Just Group JUSTJ.L, the company said on Thursday.
