** Shares of BRT Apartments Corp  BRT.N  up 2.1% at $19.96 
    ** The real estate investment trust increases share
repurchase authorization to up to $10 mln 
    ** BRT adds that its board has extended the term of the
buyback program to Dec. 31, 2025 from Dec. 31, 2023 
    ** In Sept 2021, board approved a $5-mln share buyback
program, effective from Oct. 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2023 
    ** Co also declares qtrly dividend of $0.25 per share
    ** Including session gains, stock has risen 1.6% YTD
