** RBC ups Italy's Brunello Cucinelli BCU.MI to "outperform" from "sector perform" naming it an attractive defensive pick amid macro challenges for the luxury sector
** RBC points to Cucinelli's estimates of consistent revenue growth of over 10% until 2030, higher than an average growth of 5-6% seen in the broker's coverage
** "In a more challenging macro environment, where acceleration in cyclical or turnaround stories are becoming harder to achieve, this growth differential is more likely to widen than narrow in our view," the broker adds    
** Cucinelli's resilience comes from its client base of high net worth individuals and high revenue exposure to the Americas, at around 38%, RBC says
** Out of 19 analysts covering Brunello Cucinelli, 13 rate it "buy" and six "hold" - LSEG data
