Italy's state sector budget deficit widened to 9.8 billion euros ($11.57 billion) in January compared to 5.4 billion euros in the same month of last year, the Treasury said in a statement on Monday.

STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

(*) Morgan Stanley cut the rating to 'equal weight' from 'overweight' and raised the target price to 9.2 euros from 8.5 euros.

Chief Executive Carlo Messina said on Monday he would be happy to lead Italy's largest bank for another four years when his current mandate ends in 2028.
