** Shares of marine products maker Brunswick Corporation
 BC.N  down 1.6% at $87.64 
    ** Co said on Tuesday that it has experienced IT security
incident, which has impacted some of its systems and global
facilities
    ** Added it has activated its response protocols, which
include pausing operations in some locations, engaging leading
security experts and coordinating with relevant law enforcement
agencies
    ** Working to address incident in order to restore full
functionality of affected systems - BC
    ** Including session losses, stock has risen ~22% YTD
