** Shares of BSA  BSA.AX  rise as much as 11.1% to A$0.955,
their biggest intraday pct jump since late July
    ** Stock hits highest level since Sept. 12
    ** Telecom service provider partners with engineering
service provider UGL to tender for Australia's National
Broadband Network's (NBN) field services contract
    ** Says UGL can provide NBN fixed wireless, satellite, and
complex build works
    ** More than 38,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume
of ~34,000 shares
    ** Including session's move, BSA up 60.5% YTD
