BSF Enterprise Plc is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Graham
Duncan as CFO of the Company (the "Board").

Graham is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' capital markets
experience. He also holds the Corporate Finance Diploma issued by the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Further we advise the opening of our London office from June 6, 2022 at:

Min Yang, the Chairman of BSF Enterprise Plc, said:
